Welcome to Abinvale Golden Retrievers.

Our kennel is based close to Northern Ireland's picturesque North Antrim coast where our Golden Retrievers enjoy frequent visits to the long sandy beaches and scenic coastal walks.

We are proud of our dogs achievements in the show ring but first and foremost they are our family pets.

We only breed occasionally with special care being taken to ensure that any puppies going to a new home are placed in a caring, loving environment where they can become a part of the family and enjoy a similar lifestyle to the ones that stay with us at Abinvale.

Jodie wins CC at Border Union

Ir Sh Ch Gunhills Venus in Bluejeans over Abinvale ShCM won 1st Open Bitch, Bitch CC and Best Opposite Sex.

At Cork and District Canine Club Championship Show under judge Mr L. Chambers, Abinvale Piratella Ir Jun Ch, CJW09 won the Open Bitch Class, Green Star and BOB. Darci was also awarded 2nd in Group 8 under Mrs S. Brophy.

Darci was accompanied by Ir Sh Ch Gunhills Venus in Bluejeans over Abinvale ShCM, who won the Champion Bitch Class.

5th June 2010

At Munster Canine Association Championship Show under judge Mrs C. Muldoon, Ir Sh Ch Gunhills Venus in Blue Jeans over Abinvale ShCM won the Champion Bitch Class and Green Star.

15th May 2010

At Hibernian All Breed Dog Club Championship Show under judge Mrs R. McCarry-Beattie, Abinvale Piratella Ir Jun Ch, CJW09 won the Open Bitch Class and the Green Star.

Darci was accompanied by Ir Sh Ch Gunhills Venus in Bluejeans over Abinvale ShCM, who won the Champion Bitch Class and the Reserve Green Star.

2nd May 2010

At the South Tipperary Canine Club Championship Show under judge Mrs L. Delvaux Crauwels, Ir Sh Ch Gunhills Venus in Blue Jeans over Abinvale ShCM won the Champion Bitch Class, Green Star, BOB and 2nd in Group 8.

Jodie was supported by Abinvale Piratella Ir Jun Ch, CJW09, who won the Open Bitch Class and the Reserve Green Star.
